No more than "maximum occupancy" number of guests outlined in the description are allowed on the premises. Unit has a monitoring device called Alertify. It measures dB volumes and detects cigarette smoke to alert the host of any prohibited activities such as smoking or parties. If the device is disconnected or sends a notification of a violation - the incident will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction from the property by Airbnb. Only guests over 25 years of age would be allowed to book the property. Proof of ID would be requested after reservation was confirmed. No access to mailbox will be provided. Misplacement of the keys would result in a $100 fine. Any significant wall scuffs from luggage or careless usage of the space would be document with photographs and guests charged $200 for re-painting. Our housekeeping is on a schedule and need their full time to to get the home ready for the nest guests. All unauthorized/unpaid early check-in or late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee for every 15 minutes. This unit is available only for short-term vacation rentals and may not be used as a long-term principal residence subject to the Landlord and Tenant Board Act under any circumstances.
