Small, quiet dog (1) allowed *with prior approval & fee* and may not be left alone. All guests/dog must be on reservation. Also have other units. No parties or unauthorized guests. Inquire for early/late check in/out. 1 parking space per unit The space This listing here is for private room units attached to the main home with separate entrance. No kitchen. Has a coffee pot, mini fridge, toaster, microwave and outdoor grill. Beautiful estate home situated on a peninsula on the Chain of Lakes in Winter Haven. Close to shopping and restaurants. Boathouse and canal seating to enjoy beautiful sunsets or just relax. Separate 1br unit also available. 1 parking space per unit Guest access Access to canal seating and boathouse. Boathouse has ac, fishing gear and seating. charcoal grill. Amazing sunsets free of charge, you're welcome. 1 parking space per unit. During your stay We work during the day, but are available via phone/text or have family close by. Please feel free to reach out for anything you may need or if you just forget something, we may have what you need and save you a trip to the store. Other things to note This is a residence, we live here. There are 4 separate units and other guests may be here also. We do yardwork on the weekends (not too early) There is also a 2br unit and 2 efficiencies,many times all rooms are occupied. PETS- small dog (no cats) Pets must be pre-approved, added to reservation $35 pet fee. Must not be left unattended in rooms or allowed on furniture and beds, must be on a leash when outside. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in outside receptacle. Please note- hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. Airbnb does NOT consider hurricanes as an extenuating circumstance as they state they are “foreseeable”, therefore the host’s cancellation policy will apply. We strongly urge guests to purchase insurance with weather related protection either through Airbnb or otherwise to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes in plans. Purchasing insurance is always encouraged, but it is especially important for reservations between the above dates.
