Spring is finally here. The perfect time to enjoy Edinburgh from a warm and friendly flat in the heart of Stockbridge, an easy walk to the city’s main attractions. Set within a traditional stone-built tenement overlooking the Stockbridge Market arch, the flat is light and spacious. Ideal for a couple, with a sofa bed for a third guest for a small additional charge. Compact shower room accessed via the bedroom. A welcoming base all year round. The space Stockbridge is one of Edinburgh’s most vibrant and desirable neighbourhoods. It's part of the city centre but has a relaxed, village-like feel, with cobbled streets, beautiful Georgian and Victorian architecture, and a strong sense of local community. You’ll find independent cafés, delis, restaurants, beauty salons, galleries, boutiques, and the popular Sunday market all just around the corner. It’s an easy walk into the wider city centre – around 10 minutes up St Vincent Street to Frederick Street and into Edinburgh’s New Town. Depending on your pace, you can be on Princes Street or George Street in 10–25 minutes. This first-floor flat has a light, welcoming feel, with a dual aspect that brings in natural light throughout the day. It's a generous and relaxed one-bedroom home. The bedroom has a king bed and a shower room just off it. The good sized open-plan lounge includes a sofa bed, suitable for one additional guest or children. We also provide a few extras for younger children – including a travel cot and a few books and toys to help make your stay easier. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetière, fridge, and all the basics you need to cook at home. There’s a desk with a printer and paper in the hallway, useful if you need to work or print tickets during your stay. The digital TV allows you to sign into your usual streaming services using your own accounts (please note there’s no live TV). Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the apartment throughout your stay. Other things to note Bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Please note if you want to use the sofa bed for an extra 3rd guest you must book this ahead of your stay for the linen and towels (£25/person/nt) . Please take a moment to read the house rules before booking. We don’t allow parties or events. Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of neighbours – particularly in the evenings – as this is a peaceful residential building. Please ensure you are quiet in the communal stair.
