De Soleil Apartment on Ocean Drive

Luxury apartment directly on Ocean Drive and world famous South Beach in Miami Beach. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, beach, parks and nightlife. There are 2 flat screen tv's and free WiFi. There is an electronic lock on the door for easy access. The space This apartment location is perfect and always receives a 10 from our guests, it is far enough away from the main activities on Ocean Drive so it is very peaceful but close enough to walk to all the activities. It is in a newer more modern building and much larger than a typical hotel room with over 500 sq. feet inside and a huge 200 sq. foot balcony for a total of 700 sq. feet. It faces south so you get lots of sun all day long. We have an on site restaurant and bar with a great reputation and of course you can walk to Lincoln Mall and all the other activities in South Beach so no car is needed. Parking is available in the underground garage for $40 per day if you do bring a car which you pay directly to the valet service. We provide you with your own concierge that will take care of all of your needs during your stay including room cleanings, additional towels, supplies, etc. We keep beach chairs and umbrella in the room so you can avoid the $39 a day rental fee it would otherwise cost. Bike rentals are available right in front of the building. The apartment has his and her bathroom sinks and there are 2 flat screen tv's with most of the premium channels. There are 2 sleeping areas in the room which are divided with a privacy curtain, a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. Each sleeping area has its own tv and closet. The queen sleep sofa is a brand new Natuzzi leather with a high density memory foam mattress and is as comfortable as any bed, to open pull forward gently from the top and then you will see a bar then pull that bar forward to open the bed, the cushions will automatically fold underneath the bed. The kitchen has a microwave oven, a Breville convection oven, Lavazza coffee machine with pods included, electric tea kettle and a small refrigerator and freezer located in the cabinet next to the door. We do provide toiletries, paper towels, hairdryer, wash clothes, bath and hand towels, etc. The apartment also has a iHome charging station located on the night stand next to the king bed to charge your iPhone, iPod or iPad and play music. Guest access The whole apartment is yours, we do need to have the concierge meet you in the lobby to give you an elevator key so you can operate the elevator. Please advise us of your check in time. Once you get up the elevator we have an electronic lock with your own code to enter the apartment. Other things to note This is a hotel/condo so all the guests will be travelers on vacation, business trips, etc. The hotel staff is for the rooms in their rental program which we are not so they may or may not be helpful to any of your needs though this is why we provide you with your personal concierge who will take your luggage to the room and any other service you need.
