Plush linens, towels & memory foam mattress make for great sleeping. Three walking or biking trails intersect within blocks of the house. Well-equipped kitchenette with a coffee bar in living room makes it an easy base for exploring Ft Collins. Reliable wifi for work--25 mbps for meetings, etc. *Note for summer visitors that there is no AC. But the unit stays in the 70's since it is basement and we do have ceiling fan, floor fan, and whole house fan. Also- the fence is to keep our dog from your patio, not to keep you out of enjoying the garden and chickens. Help yourself to roaming when dog is not outside :) Guest access The north gated entrance to the back garden leads to your suite in the basement. There is a door code to let you in. You have access to the code on Airbnb or from me the day or so before check in. Be sure to enjoy your private patio in the sun. Other things to note My Lodging License # is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Sometimes I make or buy baked goods for guests, so let me know if you have allergies or particular food needs. I also stock the mini fridge with water and light snacks for you. I have a nosy rescue mutt (Dre), a teenage kitten, and geriatric chickens. Dre will beg you to play, but I try to keep dogs away from guests unless you request to meet them. None of the pets are allowed in the guest suite, so hairs should not be present. I work to keep them out of the backyard when you are around or travelling through. The dog does bark to let us know when people are around.
