FILMING and PHOTO shoots in LA. --- Super unique, park-like private grounds with full size basketball court, pool/spa, and multiple indoor areas for sound/film equipment. Also has miniature golf course, firepits and lots of fruit trees. Basketball court can be used as tennis or volleyball court. Very private with parking. Intended use is to use the outdoors as filming location. Indoor access can be discussed. The space FILMING / PHOTO SHOOTS - Primarily want people who will use the outdoors for filming purposes.
