The space Condo 202 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. Condo 202 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING. Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
