Our mission is to provide an affordable space in which guests can feel at home while vacationing, traveling or simply visiting the area. This newly remodeled home is perfect for small or large groups and can host up to 10 guests. This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, couch in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Our home is perfect for spending time together inside or you can enjoy a private backyard with access to shade under a pergola and a full sized BBQ grill. The space VERY IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BELOW. Home has central AC/heating. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES/EVENTS & NO NOISE AFTER 10pm. Any cited noise violations will be deducted from your security deposit. If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home to host a party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, this is NOT the home for you. This home was recently remodeled and furnished to make you feel right at home! Interior Features: Approximately 1,300 Square Feet 4 Rooms and 2 Bathrooms Room#1- 1 Twin Beds 1 Full Bed Room#2- 1 Queen Bed Room#3- 1 Queen Bed Room#4- 2 Twin Beds 2 Full Beds Note: Room #4 does not have a bedroom door, just an entryway. - Living room features 1 couch. - 55" ROKU smart TV with apps such as Hulu, and Netflix. - really fast WIFI - In-unit washer/dryer Guest access: You have exclusive access to the entire home. There are no shared amenities. You also have 1 designated parking in the garage. We will provide you with a garage remote for the garage door and 1 key for side door entrance (which is also another entrance to bedroom #4). - If garage remote is lost or damaged fee is $150.00. - Street parking is available but limited (see signs for street sweeping days to avoid parking citations). Other things to note Frequently Asked Questions (what we provide and what you need to bring): - Check-in is 3pm -Check-out is 10am. - You can check-in any time after 3pm or as late as you want. You will have an access pin code to enter the house. - Early check-in depends whether the home is cleaned early enough. You can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm. - No late check-out as the home needs to be cleaned for same day guests. - The deposit is not charged. The deposit is in case there is damage to the home, but it is not charged to your total at all. - The cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the total amount that you see upon booking. - We will send you all relevant information and address prior to your arrival. - We Provide CLEAN sheets & CLEAN towels to all guests upon check-in. - This home has a full kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils. - Guests appreciate the proximity to major freeways. WHAT WE PROVIDE: - 3 toilet paper rolls in each restroom to get you started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. - 1 paper towel roll to get you started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. - I will provide you locations of stores to drive to upon check-in. It will be in the House Manual. INCLUDED: - Coffee & Tea - Creamer & sugar - Salt & pepper - Cooking oil - Hand soap - Dish soap - Trash bags - Windex, Clorox wipes & Lysol - Broom & mop WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Everything else not listed above that you would use. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: We will have a check-out procedure for you in our House Manual. Please wash all dishes. Please throw all trash away. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. You agree that you are booking in good faith with your Host and that you will not engage in any efforts that could have the potential effect of damaging your Host’s reputation or business because you are discontent with or opposed to a decision rendered by the Host or Airbnb through any dispute resolution process, including, but not limited to, the Airbnb Dispute Resolution process. In the event that you experience dissatisfaction or frustration with respect to the outcome any type of dispute resolution, you agree to adhere to Airbnb’s anti-extortion policy and you agree to not retaliate in any way against the Host including.
