*3 night minimum if booking through a Sunday night.* 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home w screened porch, patio and fenced yard tucked away on a quiet street near U of R, St. Mary's Hospital and a 10 minute walk to Libbie & Grove shops & restaurants. 3 miles to the Fan/ 7 miles downtown. Full use of kitchen, appliances and office. On and off street parking. Cozy getaway with bonus outdoor living areas. Access is for all rooms of the house, the kitchen and appliances including washer/dryer. Absolutely NO stovetop meat cooking. This includes bacon, sausage and hamburger. Closets contain some of my clothes though enough space for you to hang several days worth of your stuff. Guests also get High Speed internet with WiFi and cable TV. TV in office is hooked to Roku only. Since each older house is a little different, walk throughs at check-in have been helpful for me as a guest. I like doing the same for my guests and enjoy meeting you. If you need me for anything, I'm generally staying pretty close by and can be there in a snap. In the off chance that I need to do yard work or grab shoes/clothing I will give you plenty of advance notice and will never enter the house without your permission whether or not you are there. I love the location because it is central to everything-- less than 15 minutes from Downtown, Short Pump or the Capital One campus at WestCreek. It is easy and safe to go for a walk/ jog or bike ride. It's also a nice walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and groceries. My street doesn't connect the main E->W roads (Monument to Patterson); so, there is very little vehicle traffic but plenty of people walking or riding bicycles. It's typical to see St. Mary's Hospital employees walking throughout the day and families doing the same after work. Uber is usually less than 5 minutes away and less than $10 to almost any RIC destination. 5 minutes from interstates 64/95 junction. Just over a block to the bus stop and easy walk or drive to grocery and restaurants. 30 mins from airport/ 10 minutes from train station. Less than 15 minute car ride Downtown or Short Pump. Uber cars typically less than 5 mins away. Off street parking spot easily holds 2 SUVs. Plenty of space on street if needed but only park on the side of the street with my house. No meat cooking on the stovetop- this includes but is not limited to bacon, sausage and hamburger.
