Master bedroom has king bed with wall-to-wall sliding patio door with beautiful views of the pools, docks and Lower Laguna Madre and palm trees. It has its own bathroom with two sinks and shower/tub handicapped enclosure. Another bedroom has king bed. 3rd Bedroom has views of The Gulf of Mexico. Also, king size bed. Kitchen nicely decorated and well lighted with LED lights. Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, MW and DW). Lots of pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and utensils for dining in. Large dining room and dining room table. Large Living Room with wall-to-wall sliding patio door with beautiful views of the pools, docks and Lower Laguna Madre and palm trees. Guest Bathroom off the hallway, one sink and shower with glass enclosure. Washer and Dryer off the hallway. All rooms equipped with flat screen cable TV and WI-FI internet. All nicely decorated with today’s colors and touches. Balcony has 2 high, Adirondack chairs with high table and 2 low Adirondack chairs with low table. Perfect area to observe beautiful sunset and boats on the water (in summer time you can witness very famous fireworks on the bay).
