Big private room in a shared 2 BR apartment in the Upper East Side, East 94th street between 1st - 2nd ave (walk up building) next to the Q line subway station. Including a double bed, desk & TV. Shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for home cooked meals. The space The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and a common area between that rooms that has a full kitchen fully equipped with the following items: dining area, table, chairs, cabinets and more (toaster, microwave & oven, electric kettle fridge / freezer and gas burners). Bathroom includes a sink, a shower and restroom. You will get clean linens and towels. Guest access One of the two rooms Kitchen Bathroom Dining area Other things to note Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $150 per month (between June 1st - October 1st, utilities are $175 per month). The payment should be made through the Airbnb Resolution Center on a monthly basis. Enjoy the convenience of a Roku Streaming Box. AC will be installed around Memorial Weekend (window unit) For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. For the comfort and well-being of our guests with allergies, please note that our apartment does not provide food items such as oil, salt, pepper, and other condiments. We recommend guests to bring their own culinary essentials to ensure a pleasant stay tailored to their dietary preferences.
