We have garage parking for one car and another spot in front of the garage. The space The ocean! - We are on Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach- right on the boardwalk. 5 minute walk to the pier. Great place to hang out and enjoy the views. Legendary surfing at Blackie's steps away. Guest access The Pier and local restaurants are an easy walk from our house. Other things to note Be smart about keeping personal items out on the deck- Always close garage door it is a Beach Community.
