Can accommodate up to 4 guests, this clean, compact apartment has all essentials for a comfortable stay. The space 【Room Information】 - Approx. 28㎡ studio with loft space - 1 double sofa bed + 2 single futons (set in the loft) - Amenities: 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per guest (※No extra towels available) - Toothbrush and slippers provided - Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available - No condiments or seasonings are provided - Hair dryer and iron available - Basic supplies such as tissues and toilet paper provided - Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils - Microwave, rice cooker, toaster, and electric kettle available - Washing machine with detergent and fabric softener provided - Free Wi-Fi available - On-site parking available (¥1,000 per car per night / first-come, first-served) 【Access Information】 The nearest station is Oiso Station, approximately 2.5 km from the property. We recommend taking a local bus (about 5 stops) for convenient access to the property. 【Check-in / out】 16:00〜 / 〜10:00 【Important Notes】 1. Basic consumable items are stocked before your arrival. However, if you run out during your stay, we do not offer additional refills. Please purchase any necessary items yourself as needed. 2. The loft has a steep ladder - not recommended for children or elderly guests. 3. One duvet per bed/futon. No extras provided. Other things to note 【Important Notes】 1. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on room availability. Requests can be accepted from 3 days prior to your arrival or departure. A fee of ¥1,500 per hour will apply. For guests arriving early in the morning, we recommend booking from the night before. 2. You cannot request late check-out on the day of your departure (cut out time is 12pm a day before). Please note that if you check out late without prior notice, a cleaning rescheduling fee may be charged. 3. Please note that there is no daily room cleaning, towel replacement, or trash collection service during your stay. 4. In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to complete a Guest Registration Form, including providing valid photo ID for each guest, after booking is confirmed.
