The casita has a 14 night minimum stay requirement, so the nightly pricing reflects this. The casita is a converted carriage house. It was originally a studio but we have added a small bedroom accessed through the covered patio. So it has a bit of the feel of the old Berkeley sleeping porches. The entire casita is fenced. The space The casita is a converted carriage house on a unique property in North Berkeley. The main house is on a flag lot up a long driveway. The casita is a quirky private cottage on the property. It has a long history of being occupied by various family and friends. This is the first time it is being offered to the public. Guest access Once you close the gate behind you you are in our own private world. There are two outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy nice weather. One is covered and can be enjoyed even when it is raining. There is also electric heat.
