Available for long-term (30 days or more) only - Beautiful and sunny four room flat on a quiet residential street with easy access to public transportation, neighborhood amenities and Golden Gate Park. The flat is fully furnished, has a fabulous kitchen with a Viking Range. Wifi, gas & electricity included. Pet friendly. The space Beautiful pet-friendly one-bedroom flat, plenty of Victorian charm, with hardwood floors, living room, dining room and updated kitchen and bath, and additional queen sofa bed in the living room. Wi-fi and utilities (water, gas, electric, garbage service) are included. Centrally located between Cole Valley and Haight Ashbury, easy to access the entire city with plenty of nearby public transportation, walking distance to Golden Gate Park, restaurants and shopping. While parking on Downey Street is restricted during weekdays, there is ample unrestricted street parking two blocks from Downey Street. San Francisco's Victorian buildings can be chilly. There is a beautiful gas heater in the bedroom and living that keeps these rooms very toasty. Electric wall heaters provide single room heating in the dining room and kitchen. Flannel sheets and comforters will keep you nice and warm at night. Downey Street is pet-friendly, both dogs and cats are welcome. There are three pets on the property, so we ask guests to keep their pets on lead when entering or exiting the apartment. Only well behaved dogs should be left alone in the flat. An extra-large crate is available upon request. There are three pet-friendly parks with-in three blocks of Downey Street. While the area is very pet-friendly and many people walk their dogs under voice-control, San Francisco does enforce leash laws. Please Note: Downey Street is a non-smoking building, so no smoking is allowed on the property. We are also located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are asked to respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. The flat is located on the second floor of our beautiful Victorian building. You will access the flat by a set of steps on the outside of the building. Unfortunately, this flat is not handicapped accessible. Guest access Guests have access to the back porch landing off of their kitchen. Guests also have access to in-building laundry each Monday.
