Quiet, well-appointed, spacious LNC/Timber Trails

Spacious and beautifully appointed home on three levels with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on a private acre in the gated community of Timber Trails. Upstairs, the master suite includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub, shower and separate toilet room. Also upstairs, the second and third bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with double sinks and separate toilet/shower room. Downstairs is a laundry room, full bath and fourth oversized “bunk bed” room which sleeps 5 total. The space The home can comfortably sleep 4 couples or 7-8 unrelated adults/friends and plenty of room for kids in the bunk beds and trundle beds. No more than 8 adults without owner consent. The living room is a wonderful space to sit in the window seat, warm up by the fireplace, watch TV or sit and hang out with your group. The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Kids and adults alike love to gather at the bar stool area to hang out. The table seats 10 comfortably. The sunroom off the dining room is a sunny, quiet retreat from the fun while staying close to the action. The downstairs level bunk bed room is the perfect place for kids to hang out and play, away from the main living space. The house has central air and heat. Guest access Enjoy our peaceful retreat on an acre of property. The large back deck overlooks the landscaped yard and acres of public woods behind the house. On the deck you can use the grill, 2 lounge chairs and outdoor L shaped sofa and chair, hammock and other amenities to ensure your stay will be relaxing and fun! The Lake Naomi Club is a private club. A Temporary Membership is required to access the amenities and is available for an additional fee provided the homeowner is a member in good standing (which I am). A limited number of temporary memberships are available to each homeowner and their permission BEFORE YOU BOOK is needed to secure one. Membership to the club provides access to the lakes and beaches, the clubhouse-restaurants, participation in recreation and social activities, the recreation tennis courts, two outdoor pools, tennis (court fees are additional) and golf (greens fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with zero-depth entry with an indoor spray park, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports, cafe, indoor tot lot, outdoor playground and wireless internet usage. The Temporary Membership application and photo submission must be arranged directly through the Lake Naomi Club within seven days prior to your arrival. If payment and photos are not received within seven days of your check-in date, an expedited fee of $50.00 must be paid before the packet is released. If you are considering one please ask me if one is available before you book. The 7-day temporary membership runs Saturday to Saturday and is required for access to the amenities. Other things to note We have a Tesla charger on site. Please ask if you need to use it! One to two dogs may be acceptable with owner preapproval on the breed, size and temperament of the dogs. The garage and master bedroom closet are for the owners and not part of your rental. There is an exterior doorbell security camera.
