Stunning Bed and Breakfast on water edge

We welcome you with a relaxing Bed and Breakfast room in our home, an amazing new house, a glass of wine, access to the incredible Nelson region where there are beaches, wineries, artists, restaurants and a great place to holiday by relaxing and doing nothing or going for it and seeing all there is to do. As owners we stay in the home and the rental is room only with a lovely breakfast supplied in the price. We have travelled the world so the little touches like free internet access, good reading lights and pillows, peace and quiet are so important. Special conditions: Check in after 3 pm and check out 10am. Welcoming owners on site - both rooms within the house but deck access to the water front room available. We are both double vaccinated and now due to government mandates require proof of double vaccination upon arrival - let’s keep New Zealand safe. Sorry no animals allowed. Off street parking available. Breakfast included in price - specific check in and departure times - available on request. Two rooms available if travelling together - two toilets but share a bathroom. If booking one room only the other room will not be let - the room rate is per room.
