Live In Art Studio

This is a wonderful space to work in, an artist's delight. The surrounding area is serene with beautiful views of mountains all around you. There is a small town 4 miles away with a supermarket, restaurants and other basics. The exciting and interesting city of Santa Fe is only 20 minutes away to explore. The space This is an exquisite 3 room live in art studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You can dive deeply into your art or any form of creativity. There are 15' ceilings, skylights, and huge north facing windows with a view of the Sangre de Christo Mountains. Wonderfully quiet except for the occasional coyote, raven or owl. There is a large main bedroom with a huge north facing window view of the mountains and a smaller bedroom with a fold out twin size couch. There is a full bath. 4 miles away is a small shopping area with a grocery store, post office, gourmet coffee shop, pub and a few different kinds of restaurants. Downtown Santa Fe is 25 minutes away. There is a lot to do: museums, galleries, restaurants, shopping, theater, music, etc. It's a very exciting town and then of course in the outer areas there is hiking, skiing, Indian pueblos, etc. It's always nice to come back to the studio to tranquility and beautiful sunsets after a long day of sight seeing if that's what you like to do or just stay in the studio and focus on your passion of creativity. It's a real artist's studio with lots of space and light for inspiration. Guest access There is a private entrance to the studio in the front and also private access in the back, giving you access to a wide open area to sit in the cool of the morning for coffee as you look at the mountains and it's also a wonderful space to sit in the evening to take in our beautiful sunsets. The is plenty of parking. Other things to note There is no washer/dryer on the premises, though a laundry drying rack is provided for easily drying necessities in the desert dry air. There are laundromats in Santa Fe, 20 minutes drive.
