The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful city villa and is located in a side street of Husum (about 10 minutes walk from the Husum market place). The nearest restaurants and cafes are only 700m away. The Husumer city center and the train station are also within easy walking distance. The apartment with 80 square meters of living space has been completely renovated and furnished comfortably. Tasteful living area with large flat screen TV, dining area, comfortably furnished kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. From here you have access to the beautiful balcony. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed (180x200). The second bedroom has two single beds. The modern bathroom is furnished with a bath (with shower device), a hand basin, toilet and a washing machine.
