Welcome to Top O' The Trees, your cabin vacation destination. Relax and Unwind in our 3 beds, 3 baths plus loft with double deck area! From hike to golf, ski to horseback ride, we have it all! Our master bedroom will greet you every morning with beautiful mountain views. The second bedroom has an unforgettable wooded view. Don't forget the spacious third bedroom and kitchenette that will fit more than 1 family. Finally, the Loft is the best part! Let Top O' The Trees take your breath away! The space Don't worry about a thing! We've got you covered. WiFi, TVs, DVD, soaps, shampoo, coffee, and even a blow dryer. We've got them all. Need to do a laundry while you're at the cabin? We have a washer and dryer for you. Ingles and Publix grocery stores are just 10 minutes away. We also have a large garage with remote and a driveway. Please note that you will need to feel comfortable in a steep driveway. If not, parking at the top of the driveway is recommended. We also have a BBQ grill, meat smoker and a fire dish in the property if you're interested in outdoor cooking activities! Other things to note * Our cabin is in the mountains with an elevation of 2500 feet, and it requires a mountain drive. Guests who are not used to driving in mountain terrain may consider the drive to be steep and winding. All roads are paved and 4WD is not required. It takes approximately 5 minutes from the major road to the cabin. * The cabin has a lot of stairs and it is not suitable for infants or guests that have trouble climbing up stairs * Guests will not be able to make a direct right turn into our driveway because the driveway has a sharp turn and it is also steep. There is an ample area at the end of the road to turn your car around and get into our driveway safely. Our driveway is completely paved and we have a car garage for guests to use. * If you’re planning on bringing a trailer, it is extremely difficult to park your trailer on our property, and therefore it is not recommended. * We do accept dog(s) under 50 lbs, however, we do request that your dog(s) are not left unattended in the cabin (or must be crated) and are leashed in the neighborhood. We also request that you pick up after your dog(s). We will charge a $50 non- refundable pet fee for the first pet and $20 each additional prior to check-in. For pet approval, we require: 1. A statement from vet that shows your pet is currently on flea treatment. 2. Pet(s) must be friendly to people and other animals. 3. Potty trained
