Our historic Kennebunk home was built in 1878 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of common areas and outdoor living space. Ideal for a family trip or a squad getaway in any season. Queen Bedroom - Queen bed with two built-in wardrobes. This room does not have A/C. Full Bathroom - Walk-in shower and bathtub TV Room, Dining Room, and Sitting Room with a modern, fully equipped Kitchen leading to the Outdoor Deck. Dining Room and Kitchen each seat 8 people. This common area has A/C. // SECOND FLOOR // Queen Bedroom - Queen bed with closet and A/C. Twin Bedroom - Two twin beds and a built-in wardrobe with A/C. The home sits in the heart of the Kennebunk Historic District. Kennebunk is a quintessential New England seaside town, full of one-of-a-kind character and charisma. Roadside lobster shacks, old-fashioned ice cream shops, local souvenir shops, and pretty beaches are all 5 mins drive down the road at “The Port”. These are the attractions that keep the area at the top of the list of “East Coast escapes” in the warmer months However, come fall, the crowds disperse, the leaves turn, and the town is as charming as ever. Two weeks before the Christmas holiday the town is bustling again - with locals and tourists alike celebrating “Christmas Prelude” - a Kennebunk tradition. Expect The Port to be busy with patrons, shoppers, carolers, and revelers. Driving There is limited parking in Dock Square during the busy summer months, but driving is still your best option for getting around time. Riding There are mopeds and bicycles in our future! Until then, we can recommend local spots for rentals about 2 miles down the road from us. Kayaking Rent a kayak from a local shop and head to the marina! Flying If you’re flying in or out of town, Portland International Jetport (PWM) is the nearest airport - about 30 mins drive from the home.
