An additional sleeping area is in the basement where it is cool in the summer. The bed is a futon mattress on the floor and is comfortable. The three bedrooms on the main and upper floors have regular beds that are top quality as well as other furnishings. Excepting the garage, guests have full access to the home and property. For those guests who need to avoid stairs, there is a driveway to the back of the house that avoids the entry steps at the front of the house. This provides access to a bedroom and full bath on the main floor. We are always available and live two minutes from the house. We will leave you in peace, but if you need anything, don't hesitate to tell us. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails nearby. One paved trail leads to downtown Portland, so it's great for safe biking or a walk if you have the time. One-half hour walk to light rail or downtown Gresham. Or, a five-minute drive. 50 min. to Government Camp for winter sports and summer strolls around Trillium Lake. We have a no-shoe policy. Additionally, as much as we like pets we need to keep the home pet-free. Smoking is allowed outside only.
