Pool house (Heated) with one of a kind Garden

Welcome to Villa Zoe. Zoe is my daughter’s name and I created this place for her and for you all to enjoy it. It’s a beautiful house, completely remodeled with stylish and high-end furniture. It sits on 0.61 acres of land with a private pond. You may see some wild ducks around the pond sometime. A big heated pool, patio with BBQ, dinning set, Sofa set, ( the hammocks are decoration, not furniture) Only 5 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes to the beach. The space The house is very close to Indian River and Melbourne downtown and only 10 minutes to the beach. It has a huge backyard with a private pond. Salt water system pool, BBQ, Patio furniture, hammock, egg chair, green house…and so much more. It’s a pets friendly house with fenced backyard, pet door. BBQ has NO cleaning fee, however if gas tank is empty you are required to refuel it yourself, we will not be providing a new gas tank, if it’s empty during your stay we will not reimburse your refills POOL HEATING is FREE OF CHARGE and running from 8am -5 pm daily. If the weather goes too low, the heat pump won’t work.
