This is a cozy, bright, NON-smoking APT and Building in a peaceful, residential neighborhood, 8min from Westwood village( UCLA), 6min from Brentwood village, 25min. from LAX, 10min from city of Santa Monica, 5 min to Century City, 10min Beverly Hills area. The blue bus and the Expo metro line are foot steps away and you are close to every major freeway if you are driving. The Apt. has rustic wooden furniture and is fully loaded. Your master bedroom has a super comfortable queen sleigh bed, writing desk, 2 lamps, dresser+ night stands. There is a fully furnished living room w/ a big, cozy couch, a love seat a lounge chair and an eating area with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a special filtered water shower system and you do have a tub. There is wireless internet, AC and cable plasma- flat screen TV. The Apt is in a secured building and the laundry room is downstairs. You will be using the back or East side entrance since it is the closest to my Apt. In the Apt. you have one closet space to use and a couple of drawers in the Bed room. If you are in between homes I can't have you use my Apt as storage space. I also can't have you use my Apt. as your office or romantic rendez vous place. *** There is no more cat in the house*** changed carpets+steam cleaned furniture I appreciate discretion, tidiness and acting responsible. I keep my living space ZEN , tidy and drama free and will expect you to do so equally. You are only footsteps away from many charming restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, 2 blocks from Sawtelle blvd " Little Tokyo" area on the Westside, 2 blocks from Westwood blvd , 18 min walking distance from UCLA. You are also close to San Vicente blvd= Brentwood village area, where there are ample restaurants and entertainment. Santa Monica is 15 min away. Westfield Mall in Century City with cinemas is walking distance, Beverly Hills is 10 min by car. Rancho Park Golf corse and Hillcrest country club are 10 min. away....Golf heaven! Parking is easy street parking. No time limits on my street and around my neighborhood. No guest has ever complained about not finding parking even if they stayed longer. Guest access Bedroom, bath room, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room No mailbox access, you can get a mail box at the post office nearby if you stay longer than a few weeks. Other things to note !!!! As a guest, you are responsible for leaving the apartment in the condition it was in when you arrived. Remember this is not a Hotel !!!! The Holiday Inn Express West LA is around the corner. The rate there is 189/night off season, the cheapest hotel in Westwood is also 190/night so you know you are getting a great deal staying at a private accommodation here. I or someone will inspect the apartment before you leave. I only charge a small cleaning fee so please if you spill or break something clean it up and let me know about it.
