The historic working cattle ranch was established in the 1890's...has a rich history and offers two newly renovated homes and a trendy tiny home for your next get-away, family reunion or celebration or special occasion! The space There are three house plus a game/entertainment space on the property all included in your stay. The main ranch house accommodates up to 10 people (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full couch bed and four twin beds). The tiny home accommodates up to 4 (two queen beds located on lofts). The bunk house accommodates up to 5 (one king bed, one fold-out couch and one fold-out roll-away). There is an additional game/entertainment room that can sleep up to 4 (two queen fold-out couches. All homes/spaces are newly renovated and decorated beautifully. (All occupancy estimates based on double occupancy in queen and king size beds and pull out couches). Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2000+ acres to explore. Horseback riding is not currently offered; however, guests are welcome to bring horses to explore the property (corrals available). ATV's and OHV's are also welcome. We may have an OHV for guests to rent, ask about this if you are interested. It is the perfect property for outdoor activity. Endless hiking, biking etc., tons of wildlife and beautiful views from any part of the property. Several patios to use while enjoying the fresh Colorado air as well as a large pavilion with a fireplace for evening gatherings.
