The Base Booking Price is based on booking 3 bedrooms & use of the 3 ensuite baths only. Four additional bedrooms are available for booking at an additional charge of $125 PER Bedroom PER Night up to six bedrooms. When the seventh bedroom is booked (whole house) booking price applies. Whole house booking is double the base booking price. Which includes the use of 7 bedrooms and 6 baths. Bedrooms NOT booked are locked and unavailable.
