We are conveniently located on Market Street, steps from a bus stop, blocks from the trolley, and easy access to the freeways. The location is 1.1 miles from Convention Center. If you are afraid of dogs or suffer from dog allergies, my house may not be a good fit for you. -Additionally, downtown is plagued with homeless people because most of the city's homeless resources are located there. You will see homeless people downtown and in Sherman Heights. My property is gated, safe, and secure but, if you are faint of heart at the sight of street people you should consider renting an Airbnb in a different neighborhood.
