All travel amenities such as hair dryers, fresh towels, paper goods and bath soaps are provided. Cook on a full outdoor BBQ kitchen with large grill, sink, two burners and a griddle. Relax on 6 cushioned sun lounge chairs facing your salt water pool and tanning ledge while an upholstered conversation area for 6 around a fire pit waits for cocktail hour! An extra large heated spa is the perfect way to end an evening. Warm Sands is very private, walled and gated. Complete with hedges and citrus trees. Guest access Parking is available for 2 cars, (possibly 3 depending on size) behind an automatic secured gate. Guests will be provided with gate remote controls. Street parking is also available. There is no access to garage or 4th bedroom casita. Exterior doors to accessible areas have security codes for access. Other things to note The ensuite bathroom in bedroom 3 is more traditional and has a tub and shower combined.
