Newly remodeled cabin on 40 wooded acres. Accommodations up to 5 guests. Cabin is one of four built in the late 40's or early 50's. This is the last to be restored and now working to restore the 40 acres of forest and pond. This quiet location offers peace and serenity and a view of Pikes Peak. Deer, elk, fox, bear, coyote and even some moose have been seen on this property. Nearby Pike National Forest offers adventure for outdoor enthusiasts. The space This was a one room cabin but remodeled to have a separate bathroom. Sleeping options (queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, full size futon with twin bunk above) are in the same room but on opposite ends of the cabin. Small kitchen but with all appliances, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pots and pans etc. TV, Wifi, Washer/dryer. Guest access Parking is in front of the cabin. If more than one vehicle, please communicate up front to make sure this is possible. Other things to note This cabin is not able to accommodate animals to include service animals due to health and safety of host's family.
