Guest access Guests have access to all areas and these are private from the villa, on the first level we have: marquecina, hall, living room with TV and furniture set, half bathroom, dining room, kitchen, granite island breakfast and built-in stove, oven, dishwasher, furnished terrace, swimming pool with multicolored LED light, patio with landscaping, BBQ preparation area, BBQ, laundry area (ceiling design in all social areas), On the second level we have: common balcony living room, third room with full bathroom, queen bed, air conditioning and closet, secondary room with queen bed, private balcony, walking closet and large bathroom. And the master bedroom with a king-size bed and furniture set, balcony terrace with wooden pergola, walk-in closet and bathroom with two areas, the first where the sinks with granite top and the toilets with a dividing wall and outlet for long stays on the throne, and the second is where the Jacuzzi and the couple showers with a pergola as a roof that allows natural light to enter, of course with its translucent roof that prevents rainwater or the sun from entering directly. Other things to note The service man is in the villa. He is in charge of check-in and the operation of the house (turning on the pump, the operation of the pool and anything else the guest needs). He stays in the service room that has an entrance apart from the house and will only enter the house if the client requests it. Also, if the client prefers, he can request that the service man leave the property, but we do not recommend it. Also, the client must take financial responsibility for where the service man sleeps in case he does not want him in the place. Note: the water is intermittent throughout Cabarete, in the villa we have a water reserve but if you leave the keys badly closed or waste water, the reserve may run out.
