Friendly 1915 Arts & Crafts style home with a Bay Bridge view, blooming flowers, and wall murals. 4 blocks from BART, 5-minute walk from shopping and dining in the Rockridge. Fully stocked home, internet, tv, netflicks, washer & dryer. Laptop friendly with strong wifi. Hairdryer, iron and all essentials, including coffee, fruit and snacks. On street or driveway parking. The space The "aha" comes on entry. This is a lovely old house with a remodel that gives it length, light, and a southwestern style. The garden beckons in front and in back. The house itself exudes warmth and invitation. It--and I--will welcome you to whatever length stay you like. Guest access The upstairs retreat room has a wood ceiling and bay view. There's a half bath and privacy. During your stay I'm about 8 blocks away so anything you need can be instantly arranged. I'll be on hand to meet you--or a representative, depending on when you come. We'll answer any questions and make sure you're comfortable. Other things to note There's a drought in California, so I encourage you to use water sparingly. Wash only a full clothes load, go lightly with the dishwasher, and save those precious drops when you can!
