Charming, private backyard studio cottage nestled in a fenced garden in a quiet Sunnyvale neighborhood. Private, clean and cozy, this 240-sq ft space has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, full-size bed, Wifi, A/C. Short walk to cafes, groceries. Ample parking. If you're arriving by car, please park in the street in front of the property or as close to it as possible. Guest access - You'll be provided with access instructions after booking. - All linens are freshly laundered for guests. Linens include bedding, towels, and robe. - You will find toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and a hairdryer. - There is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, & microwave. - We provide a coffeemaker, electric kettle, coffee and tea. [There is no stove, but a cooktop can be provided on request.] - The studio has space to hang clothes and a luggage rack. Iron/ironing board/steamer are available. - There is a wall A/C unit for cooling (during the warm months), and space heater for warmth. The space is small and heats/cools quickly. - There is seating and a grill for use during our dry months (Apr-Nov). - Additional outdoor space is available. There is a hammock in summer, a gazebo with a reading nook, a table and chairs in front of the house. Other things to note We have two medium-sized dogs that occupy the yard beside the cottage. They do normal dog things (e.g., bark). We are dog and cat friendly, and previous guests have brought their pets, both cats and dogs.
