Two medieval farmhouses from the 18th century (Big and Small Cottage), restored and converted into 6 fully equipped rental apartments. All kinds of services available in Camallera, 2 km away: restaurants, supermarket, train station (2 km). Girona Airport, 37 km. Costa Brava, 17 km. The Small Masia is ideal for groups of up to 15 people. It consists of 3 adjoining houses at garden level, with a total area of 300 m²: La Pallissa for 9 people El Graner for 4 people La Solana for 2 people The space The Small Farmhouse is ideal for groups of up to 15 people, where everyone will have their own private space and, at the same time, a meeting place with their friends or family to enjoy a perfect coexistence in a rural environment! We share the outdoor spaces and the ground floor of the Big Farmhouse (games room etc.) with its families (Cal Secretari, El Mirador, El Rebost, El Porticó, La Finestreta). At the Small Farmhouse, we offer three semi-detached houses, with a total of 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms: - El Graner for 4 people (2 bed. 1 bathroom), - La Pallissa for 9 people (3 bed. 3 bathrooms) - La Solana for 2 people (1 bed. 1 bathroom) and to be all together, in the dining room of La Pallissa. La Small Farmhouse has an area of approx. 280m2. - House El Graner: of 49 m2, it is a house for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. One bathroom with a shower. It has a kitchen. House La Pallissa: of 131 m2, it is a house for 9 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. Another with four single beds. And the last one with a double bed and a double sofa-bed (only for children). All three bathrooms have bathtub. The lodging has a kitchen. House La Solana: 37 m2, ideal for 2 people: it has a bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. It includes kitchen. It has a door that can communicate with the house of La Pallissa. NOTE: IT IS ONLY POSSIBLE TO TAKE A PET IN LA PALLISSA OR EL GRANER. This tax is mandatory for all guests staying overnight at our properties. This tax applies to those over 17 years of age. It is charged per person per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. It will be necessary to leave a caution, that will be returned as long as the property is in the same condition as when you arrived: possible damages, cleaning of the barbecue/fireplace, clean dishes and put away in their place, rubbish in the municipal recycling bins, floors swept/mopped if necessary, etc.). We will check that everything is in order in order to be able to refund it by bank transfer or Bizum the day after departure or in cash upon departure (depending on the availability of the inspection). You can choose whether you prefer to carry out these tasks or entrust them to us. If any task has not been completed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit. The details are in the check-out document that we will show or send you upon your arrival. 2-The houses of Can Gat Vell have been categorized with "claus" and "espigues" by the autonomous government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, to determine their quality. 3-We live in the property and we make sure that all is in order, we make daily the maintenance of the communal spaces and we are at your disposal if you need something. 4-Living in a rural residential area, music or activities that can cause noise and nuisance to other guests or our neighbours are not allowed.
