Clean & comfortable home near hot springs & venues

Come relax in peace and quiet in our newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath home situated close to everything Buena Vista has to offer. Enjoy world class white water rafting, relax and pamper yourself at the natural hot springs spa within minutes of our cozy, clean & relaxing home. Our large driveway and location right off of Main Street (306) is the perfect set up for our guests with ATVs, snowmobiles and more. We can't wait to host you! The space The Blue House, nicknamed by the owners while renovating, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, mud room/ laundry room and a main family room space. The home is near Cottonwood Creek and although our guests do not have access to the creek, the relaxing sounds of the creek and often families of deer can be heard and seen from the back yard. MAIN BEDROOM 1 king bed, walk-in closet & en-suite bathroom SECOND BEDROOM 1 queen bed & closet THIRD BEDROOM 2 twin beds & closet BATHROOMS There are two full bathrooms in the home. One is located near the third bedroom and kitchen and the other is located in the main bedroom. Our bathrooms are stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryers. KITCHEN The kitchen is stocked with cookware and everything you need to prepare your meals. We provide salt & pepper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, a sponge and trash bags. The kitchen table seats 4 and the island provides an additional 6 seats. FAMILY ROOM The family room includes two leather sofas, a chair & ottoman and a large flat screen TV. Guests may use the smart TV to log into their personal streaming accounts. LAUNDRY ROOM/MUDROOM The laundry room/mudroom has a washer & dryer. Detergent is provided. We also provide an iron & board for our guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom 2 bath home including the washer & dryer. Guests do not have access to the garage or the basement/crawl space. Guests also do not have direct access to the creek. The creek can be seen and heard from the property, but it is not on our property. Other things to note Please note and understand that due to the dry climate and frequent high winds, we do not allow campfires. We may not exceed 6 guests due to our short term rental permit. Parties and events are not allowed. Additional guests camping on the property (including the driveway) is not allowed.
