Charming little stone house in the countryside with private enclosed garden with a jacuzzi with curtains to isolate you from view (available from 06/01 to 09/30). Located 35 minutes from Limoges or Oradour-sur-Glane, 1 hour 15 minutes from Futuroscope and Poitiers and 20 minutes from Lake Saint-Pardoux. Great for a stay in the countryside of Upper Limousin for its hiking, villages, and calm... The space Charming little stone house in the countryside. With private flower garden including: - A Jacuzzi with curtains to isolate you from view (available from 06/01 to 09/30). 2 deckchairs, 1 table, 4 chairs and a barbecue. Fully-equipped kitchen: - "Piano de cuisine" stove and Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, ... In the living room: - A connected TV (Molotov, YouTube). Free Wi-Fi. Possibility of a double bed thanks to the sofa bed. 1 bedroom: - with 160 x 200 bed upstairs with ensuite shower room. The toilet is located upstairs in the shower room area. 1 private parking space for our guests next to the cottage. Guest access Beach towels, towels, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases are not provided. Rental possible on request, to be paid on site... please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to rent them! - Duvet cover, pillowcase and fitted sheet: €20/bed/per stay - Towels (washcloth and 1 towel): €10 per person/per stay Cleaning must be done upon checkout. A deposit of 100 euros will be required upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay without remarks. Possibility to take the cleaning option for €60/per stay.
