Most of those are pet friendly. 7.8 miles to Ginnie Springs world renown diving, 4.8 miles to Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park and 2.3 miles to Poe Springs Park. Minutes away from 2 boat ramps on the Santa Fe River, 8.1 miles to Rum 138 for discount kayak rentals (15% for staying with us) and 20 miles to a boat ramp on the famous Suwannee river, and Rock Bluff springs. Only 23 miles to University of Florida and Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville. House is very clean, stable WiFi, comfortable beds, king bed and large TV in master, fans and smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room. Living room also has a Blu-ray DVD player, electric fireplace (heat optional), board games and kids books. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware you need and complimentary coffee, tea and soaps are provided. There is ample paved and covered parking. Back yard has a concrete porch with table, chairs, covered pergola, grill (propane provided) and fire pit with seating area perfect for relaxing and cooking outside. For the DIVERS- Indoor laundry room has direct carport access and a dive gear station set up with room to charge and store your equipment and a hanging rack to dry your suits. A hose hangs on the wall right next to carport for easy rinsing. The oil paintings in the house were done by my great grandmother who traveled and painted the world over a hundred years ago! I am also an artist. I paint nature scenes and make jewelry, ring holders, beaded sun catchers, etc available for purchase upon request! Only 1.2 miles from the famous Great Outdoors Restaurant that has live outdoor bar & music, a vegan restaurant-Bambi’s, El Patio Mexican, Bev’s cafe BBQ and others. You can also grab Sam’s pizza (salads and subs) at the end of the road with in walking distance, grab a beer at our local brewery or play mini golf at Pink Flamingo’s restaurant and outdoor bar. Surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty, the real draw is how close it is to multiple rivers, springs, boat ramps, parks, trails and even a BMX bike park. Bicycle, golf cart and pet friendly town. There is an industrial park behind the house, so sometimes noises can be heard during the day, and when the occasional loud truck goes down the road, but we’ve never had any complaints. Only 30 minutes to Gainesville, Lake City 1.5 hours to Jacksonville 2 hours to Orlando 2.5 hours to Daytona. Car, bike, walk, golf cart, scooter, Uber. Paved trail that runs from adorable downtown high Springs to Poe Springs Park. We pride ourselves on being very clean. If you happen to have bad allergies, feel free to tell us so that we can take even more measures to provide you with the most comfortable stay possible. Kitchen comes fully equipped and has a large refrigerator, coffee makers, coffee, tea and seasonings. Backyard has privacy fence on the sides but not by the carport so pets must be walked on a leash outdoors. Do not leave your pet outdoors unattended. There are 2 outdoor cameras that monitor the yard. Samsung smart TVs with over 160 digital channels are in every room as well as local antenna stations. Living room also has a Blu-ray DVD player, board games and kid books. WiFi is provided. Be advised that Sand-Spurs sprout in parts of the yard certain times of year (mainly fall and spring) so please wear shoes in the yard and walk your dog in the front along the road. Pet fee includes 2 pets. All additional pets are $20 total. Please list pets in the guest section when making your reservation so that Airbnb will automatically apply the pet fee. I’ll send a request for the additional $20 if applicable. High Springs is now a golf cart friendly town! Feel free to bring your own cart, bikes, boats or favorite river gear! Don’t forget the beach towels and sunscreen! We will send your code to the door lock on your check in day when the house is ready for you.
