Blackham's Outback: Hot Tub, Sauna & Tennis Court

Blackham’s Outback is a special slice of our family history. What started as a simple backyard cabin idea turned into a place where our musical family could gather, celebrate, and make memories 🎶. Over the years it’s become our go-to spot for concerts, recitals, and big moments. Two of my brothers and even my dad got married right here ❤️🎉. The space Feels like a cozy cabin getaway minus the long mountain drive. Blackham’s Outback gives you that warm, retreat-style feel right in town 🏡 No dirt roads, no icy passes. Just easy access and good vibes. A few things to know before you book (so everything feels just right): • Some spaces are shared, including the backyard, hot tub, tennis court, and laundry 🌿🛁🎾 • The unit has one main entrance 🚪 • There’s one simple, clean shower 🚿 • There may occasionally be events happening upstairs—expect a little extra energy or sound from time to time 🎶 • No full kitchen, but you’ll get all the basics: mini fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, and a coffee maker with pods ☕🍞 • RV parking is available—just note there are no hookups 🚐 Come unwind, get cozy, and enjoy a peaceful in-town hideaway! Guest access Relax in your private king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi 🛁, bidet, and your own in-unit washer & dryer 👕. For cozy nights in, you’ll find a fun selection of puzzles 🧩 to enjoy. Please note: the main entrance is shared and also leads to the upstairs event area. You’ll have full access to the shared backyard 🌿, game room 🎮, hot tub ♨️, and a cleaning closet if you need extra supplies. My cleaner may stop by between 11 a.m.–4 p.m. for quick restocking. For sports lovers, there’s a tennis court 🎾 available on a first-come basis. Just bring your own rackets and balls. You can also enjoy ping pong in the shared upstairs space 🏓. And don’t forget to say hi to Sadie, our friendly farm dog 🐶. She loves a good game of fetch in the backyard! Other things to note Meet Sadie, our sweet and friendly farm pup 🐶! She absolutely adores kids, though she might be a little shy at first. Your stay will be mostly peaceful and private, but just a heads-up that hot tub, upstairs, and living room areas may be shared at times 🛁. We want you to feel completely at home and enjoy your stay!
