Private apartment with talk of the town grounds, private deck, and fine amenities. There is a saltwater heated pool open in the warmer months. The space This is a comfortable suite unmatched by local hotel space. You heard us right, the space is 900 sq. ft. The apartment and its entrance are totally private and are completely separate from the owner's quarters. There is a heating and cooling unit that is installed independently for the apartment, totally separate from the owner's unit. We take pride in our home, and your apartment is completely sanitized and cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. The bedrooms are large and are equipped with 2 queen-size beds of your dreams. There is a queen sofa couch if needed. There is an extra charge for more than 4 guests. Step on to our bathroom with heated floors and experience how amazing our shower will make you feel. There are double mirrors and double sinks also in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and kitchenware. There is a separate office area with an office desk, free wifi, printer, shredder, and overall a perfect work spot. Free laundry/ shared with owners for extended stay guests. Plenty of seating in the living area. The eating area is a one-of-a-kind antique booth with table & seating for six, a must-see! There are blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms and the living area. Feel like the outdoors? We've got you covered! Enjoy a swim in our refreshing saltwater pool, read a book in the hammock, or inquire about that St. Lucian island bbq jerk chicken recipe as the grill awaits on your private deck. Guest access The entire space is yours! Totally private and a part from owners quarters. Parking on Property for guests only. Pool access for guests and owners only. Private deck/backyard. Some supplies/amenities are provided by the owners during your stay. Once supplies are exhausted by guests, it is the guests responsibility to provide any extra supplies they will be needing. Trader Joe’s, ACME, 3 minutes drive. Shared laundry for stays of 1 wk or more. Dates or times will be arranged depending on guest stay and convenience. We are seldom in the pool when our guests are, however, please bear in mind that the pool is NOT private and is used by the owners. PLEASE NOTE: We do understand that guests may be coming from out of town and may have family or friends in the area. We can ONLY allow 2 persons on the property to visit per day for a short period of time. We have had unlimited visitors visit guests in the past, which has gotten out of control, therefore our rules have changed. We do have cameras on the property, which are monitored at all times Visitors are not allowed to spend the entire day and will have NO ACCESS to the pool/ NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE. NO VISITORS ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR ALLOWED TO USE FACILITIES. Kindly dry off before entering apartment, as we do have wooden floors. YOUR BOOKING NEEDS TO REFLECT WHO IS ON PROPERTY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PERSONS STAYING ON PROPERTY. OUR NEIGHBORHOOD IS A PEACEFUL PLACE AND WE DESIRE TO KEEP ITS INTEGRITY AT ALL TIMES. NO PARTIES NO EVENTS NO GATHERINGS NO EXCEPTIONS Other things to note -For stays over 28 days/ Extended Stay please inquire - Your booking should reflect how many persons staying at the apartment. Please be transparent in your bookings, you will be charged for any additional persons staying at the apartment and will forfeit your stay. The pool is NOT Private and is for the use of Tenants and Owners ONLY. No Pets please No smoking or vaping in the apartment, smoking/ vaping should be done outside. DRUGS and WEAPONS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
