There are no worries! We are located in the borough of Media, such a rare find! Private apartment, off street free parking, talk of the town grounds and fine amenities. There is a saltwater heated pool open in the warmer mos , private deck, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and public trans. This is a comfortable suite unmatched by local hotel space. You heard us right, the space is 900 sq. ft. The apartment and its entrance is totally private and is completely separate from the owners quarters. There is a heating and cooling unit which is installed independently for the apartment, totally separate from owners unit. We proudly take all COVID 19 protocols seriously and our apartment is completely sanitized and cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. The bedroom is large and is equipped with a queen size bed of your dreams. Step on to our bathroom heated floors and experience how amazing our shower will make you feel. No need to get out of the way, or complain about your partner’s untimeliness as your double mirrors and double sinks will solve all your problems. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, stove, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, kitchen ware. There is a separate office area with a desk, a computer monitor if double screens are needed, free wifi, printer, shredder, office supplies, it’s just such a perfect work spot. There is an elliptical, small workout area and free laundry usage for stays of 1 week or more. Plenty of seating in the living area, with a pull out queen size sofa bed with linens and pillows. The eating area is a one of a kind antique booth with table & seating for six, a must see! There are blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom and living area. Feel like the outdoors? Totally private and a part from owners quarters. Shared laundry if applicable/dates or times will be arranged depending on guest stay and convenience. The pool is not private and is shared with only the owners. Kindly dry off before entering the apartment as the main area is entirely wooded floors and may cause water damage. We are accessible for all questions or information about the area. Very quiet, safe family neighborhood/ kids friendly. State St restaurants, bars and shops are a ten minute walk. The trolley, which runs through Media on State St, stops at all the neighboring towns and ends at Philadelphia mass transit center. There is also a local train station to Philadelphia center city. Media, after all, it's everyone's hometown! There is public parking and the local train is less than one mile away. There is also the trolley which can be used to nearby towns and 69th street mass transit area. Uber/Lift is a minute wait. 10 minutes walk to state street/Media center. - My wife and I are fully vaccinated. All covid protocols are observed. - If guests are not vaccinated please wear a mask outside property -For stays over 28 days/ Extended Stay please inquire - Your booking should reflect how many persons staying at the apartment. Please be transparent in your bookings, you will be charged for any additional persons staying at the apartment without owner's permission. - We try to retain the integrity of the neighborhood, absolutely no parties or events. No Exceptions! - The pool is not Private and is for the use of Tenants and Owners. - No smoking in the apartment, smoking should be done outside.
