A play room/second living has plenty of toys, day bed, beanbag and TV. Fans in all main areas of the home, along with a reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating system and a cosy fireplace in the living room make it a comfortable home, year-round. The outdoor area has a terrific sun-filled deck with BBQ, hot/cold outdoor shower, and plenty of green grass for a game of outdoor cricket or basketball on the concreted half court.
