INCREDIBLE 2 Room LUXURY, Near All!

LA is a big city & you deserve an amazing space in the middle of it all! This mid-city gem is private & provides a spacious hotel-suite atmosphere that feels like home. It's just minutes away from downtown, West Hollywood, Hollywood, the Grove & beaches! The space Picture yourself smack dab in the middle of everything! A hop, skip and a jump to all the best sights, sounds, restaurants and nightlife that Los Angeles has to offer and just minutes to most major freeways. Located in a safe, well lit neighborhood with gated front yard. The unit has central heat and air conditioning. The front and back yards have security cameras. Inside kick back and enjoy approximately 800 square feet of private, living space with amenities like: room darkening curtains for sleep at any hour, a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and more. There are (2) separate televisions and (2) separate beds and (3) separate seating areas. The (2) Queens: One bed is a beautiful, wooden-framed, queen bed seen pictured. The other queen bed was added in December 2015 by a guest's request. Many guests have shared that they appreciated the mattresses being nice, thick and very comfortable. Comfort and good sleep was our primary concern when purchasing them for our guests. The (2) queen, beds are separated by French doors with curtains for privacy if needed. There is a front and rear door to enter and exit. The rear door exits to a back patio where guests can get some fresh air or smoke if they so chose. (No smoking inside living spaces.) The layout of the space is basically (2) rooms and a (1) bathroom. The 1st room is medium to large. The 2nd room is almost twice the size of the first. It has a food area and sleeper sofa and coffee table. *PLEASE NOTE: while there is a small food area inside, there is NOT a kitchen. Also, the bathroom has a standing shower for bathing. There is NOT a bathtub. Guest access You will have access to the front and back yard and street parking as well as back patio area. The space is completely private and set up to resemble a hotel suite. Other things to note Guests receive local television via HDTV antenna, Amazon Fire TV. This gives you many Amazon Prime listings from TV and film to view. Apps like Netflix, Showtime, HBOnow, are also available. Again, while there is a small food area with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, there is NOT a kitchen. The bathroom has a shower but does NOT have a bathtub.
