This light-filled vacation rental has two separate bedrooms, a south-facing balcony overlooking the sunny mudflat side, a comfortable living/dining area, and a bathroom. Hardwood floors, indirect lighting, subtle colors, and high-quality furniture create a very cozy atmosphere. You can unwind wonderfully in the open-plan living area, which is equipped with, among other things, a large corner sofa and a modern TV (cable connection & SmartTV). For browsing the internet, you have access to free Wi-Fi – of course, at no cost. The integrated kitchen offers you convenient self-catering options with an electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. This makes cooking on vacation really fun! One of the two separate bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm); the other has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm; can be converted to accommodate a 3rd child). A small staircase leads to the attic, where there is a loft with a cozy double alcove for two additional people (140 x 200 cm; please note that the narrow and steep ladder is only suitable for adults and older children, see photos – use at your own risk). The elegant bathroom, featuring heated towel rails and a walk-in shower, also offers a pleasant and comfortable living experience! You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. A hair dryer is part of the fixed inventory. Vacation time is relaxation time! From the large south-facing balcony of the “Luv” vacation rental, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea. Here, you can simply relax and unwind... There is the option of darkening the skylights from the outside, so that it is always pleasantly cool in the summer. On colder days, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. Please understand that this apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed. The “Achterhus” has an elevator.
