Dragon Fly retreat lakeside suite

We are located minutes away from both Nanaimo and Ladysmith in the Nanaimo River area just minutes away from great hiking and biking trails. The suite has a private entrance, private outdoor area and access to a private lake shared only by 5 other homes on the lake. Our one-bedroom guest suite has high ceilings and plenty of window for a gorgeous lake view. The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, a spa like bathroom, a queen sized bed and a cozy living area with fireplace. The space The living room has a pullout couch, more ideal for children than adults to sleep. The back deck has a picnic table, lounge, chairs, and a barbeque for your use. The backyard docks and watercraft are yours to use during your stay. Lifejackets available in both adult and children sizes. Guest access Keypad entry into the suite. Other things to note We are not wheelchair accessible as our driveway is gravel, and there are stairs to the suite. The backyard is set on a downward slope towards the lake grass covered, but not wheelchair accessible. If you are using google maps or maps for directions, reroute if the instructions say to go down Scannel. That really isn’t a road and is usually flooded.
