Tortuga Palm Beach House

Tortuga is one of Palm Beach’s oldest residences, built in the 1900’s when the roads were unpaved and Barrenjoey House was its only neighbour. In the heart of Palmy village on Pittwater side, Tortuga’s stylish surroundings & perfect location across the road from the ocean & park, 2 mins to Barrenjoey House, the ferry & bus stop, make for a convenient & relaxing beach stay. Tortuga has been recently renovated & is available for the 2022 holiday period. The space I am happy to do a video walk through as the home has many features. The house spans 3 stories, & is set on over 1000sqm of house & manicured gardens. - The top level features a Separate Master Suite with a bathroom, lounge & bath area with a mini bar, TV & views of Pittwater. You can access it externally or internally. Features an electric Super King and built in AirCon. - The main/mid level features open plan living, both an indoor & outdoor dining space, kitchen, lounge (TV) & fireplace with built in air con. There is a separate library & a sunroom (TV). A bathroom with a bath & shower, & a separate laundry can be found here. A Queen bedroom is off the sunroom with a fan & portable aircon unit. - The bottom level has the option of being fully self contained with a simple lock of the internal staircase. Features a Bunk room (2beds) & Queen room with a kitchenette, living space (TV) & bathroom. Each room has a portable aircon unit. The configuration of the house facilitates time together, but with numerous options for separation & alone time to unwind. - Outside you’ll find an outdoor spa area & an outdoor shower to enjoy after your beach swim. - Enjoy our sandstone fire pit with seating for 8 as you have drinks while the sun sets over Pittwater. - We also have a separate games room cabin with a pool table, darts & TV to steam sports. - There are 4 TVs in the house & 1 in the game room. All have access to Netflix & Foxtel etc. - Strong WiFi coverage. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of Palmy village, with ferry & bus transport options, cafes, restaurants & fun literally on your doorstep.
