TVs in bedroom (Connected to Internet via HDMI2 Firestick) and Living Room (Smart TV with Sound Bar that can connect via Blue Tooth for Sound) connected to cable. The pool is not heated but the spa is available for an extra $25 per day for a limit of 2 hours per day. Can arrange for longer as agreed. Propane heated so gets expensive. Have access to a community dock about half a mile away for fishing and boat launch. Easy cruise down to tie up at the house. One time boat launch fee of 25 dollars. Whole house, pool, cabana with sink, fridge, toilet, and fully fenced back yard. A single dog is welcome for an additional 25 dollar dog fee. We ask that you clean up after them and keep them off the furniture. Additional dogs, up to 3 total, can be requested for an additional fee. Guests can request use of heated spa via an additional charge of $25/2 hours to cover propane and increased maintenance costs.
