Beautiful villa in the middle of paradise

Villa Paraiso is located in Finca Tranquila, an equestrian themed gated community in the quiet village of Naranjito at the foot of the Talamanca Mountain Rage. The villa offers a quiet and peaceful setting with a maximum of privacy without beeing too remote. The world known Manuel Antonio National Park is just a 20 minutes drive away, even closer are the beaches, numerous restaurants and shops of Quepos and Manuel Antonio town. The space Villa Paraiso Estate is difficult to describe, as there is probably no comparable property on the entire Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The villa is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by nothing but nature. It‘s the perfect place to relax and unwind while watching toucans and macaws (as well as lots of other birds and wildlife) visit on a daily basis. The comfortably furnished villa with about 1000 square meters of living space is located in the middle of a tropical garden of 4.5 acres (over 18'000 square meters) and offers enough space and retreat for every guest. The villa has an open design, with large windows for a beautiful view, without disturbing direct sunlight into the living area. High speed (fiber optic) internet is availlable throughout the property. The villa offers a total of 5 bedrooms of different sizes, each equipped with a large double bed (king size), direct access to the terrace (on the ground floor) and a private bathroom with shower. All rooms (as well as all the living areas) also have a separately controllable air conditioning. One of the bedrooms is located at the end of the house and is designed as a separate (wheelchair accessible) studio (without kitchen), and has its own terrace as well as its own house entrance for more privacy. On the ground floor are 3 of the bedrooms, the spacious and modernly equipped open kitchen, several sitting areas, a beautiful solid wood dining table for 10 people, as well as the garage and the laundry room. The upper floor offers an additional terrace and 2 more bedrooms - one of them the very impressive Master Suite. On the ground floor there is a cozy TV lounge area with a large flat screen TV and a library with various books, novels and community games. Two large aquariums and an (switchable) indoor waterfall add charm to the living areas. The huge covered main terrace looks out into the expanses of lush vegetation and onto the nearby hills, offering a mesmerizing sunset. A cozy lounge invites you to linger and a heated Jacuzzi offers additional opportunities to relax and unwind. Meals can be taken either outside on the main terrace (additional big wooden table and gas grill) or inside the house. The spacious heated swimming pool is located on the lower level of the property for more privacy. In the rancho (pool house) there is also a bar with a gas grill, refrigerator and a sink, where simple meals can be prepared and eaten at the bar or at the natural wooden dining table. At the (wet) pool bar you can also enjoy the aperitif directly in the water. There is also a bathroom with toilet and hot water shower/changing room (in addition to an unheated outdoor shower) in the rancho. Included in the rental price is our full-time house manager (spanish and english speaking), who lives discreetly in a separate cottage on the property. She is available to our guests 5 days a week and can assume works such as cleaning, cooking and shopping if requested. In addition, she will be happy to assist you with everything around the house. Also included are our gardener, who 1x per week will take care of our garden, a pool boy, who always keeps our pool clean and well maintained, as well as a farm manager for general concerns. The horses on the ranch are available for our guests with riding experience to explore the surrounding area during a horseback ride (by arrangement with the farm manager). There are also various outdoor activities in the vicinity such as zipline, hiking trails, river rafting, ATV/Quads rentals etc. Other things to note The Finca has a gate code for its main entrance. You will be provided with the entry code before your arrival. The electric gate to the property itself is operated by remote control.
