What was once on the decried as the eyesore of the block has become one of the most spectacularly beautiful homes in the village. Featuring high ceilings, low floors, and lots and lots of light. Roost & Relaxation is the only room on the second floor of the house. It has a new twin-sized bed, a private bath with shower, and wireless internet. The house has a wood-burning fireplace, Netflix, a full-sized piano, and central air. On-street parking is readily available. You’ll have ready access to Ohio's most cosmopolitan small town. Just one block to downtown shops and restaurants and the Little Miami scenic bike path. Less than a mile to Glen Helen Nature Preserve and Antioch College. Also within easy reach are Young’s Jersey Dairy, John Bryan State Park and Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, living room, porch & patio, in addition to their bedroom.
