Relax at this beautiful condo, with amenities on premise (ski lift, indoor pool, tennis courts); perfect for families during summer, ski & all seasons. This is a minimum of a month rental. The space PLEASE PLEASE READ below: "PRICE (PLEASE READ)" A renovated condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the gated community of Lakeridge, near Torrington, Connecticut. We are just 2 1/2 hrs from New York City, and are surrounded by beautiful hiking, skiing, lakes and farms in Litchfield County, and nearby Berkshires. There are many activities for adults and children on the premise of Lakeridge like it's own ski lift and small mountain, indoor gym, indoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, horse stables, gardens, and a lovely small lake, Burr Pond (for hiking, paddle boarding and kayaking). For the winter season, there are the ski resorts of Ski Sundown, New Hartford, CT (20 minutes) Mohawk Mountain, Cornwall, CT (35 minutes), and Butternut Ski, Great Barrington, MA (40 minutes). The rental is for a minimum of one month, and maximum of 2 months as is required by the Lakeridge management company. The space is approximately 1,400 sq ft. The bed sizes for each room are: - Master bedroom (upstairs) is a Queen bed - Childrens' room (upstairs) are 2 twin beds (one twin and a lower daybed) - Bedroom downstairs is a Full bed There is also an additional queen air mattress available. PRICE (PLEASE READ): If Airbnb quotes a different price then the below, then IGNORE their quote. I will repeat the below in private message: yes this is a pricey rental! With the Airbnb fees, CT taxes, cleaning fee added to the rent, are the following: Not included in the Airbnb rental fee is the following: approximately at total of $700-900 more: There is a charge of 250 for the heating and electricity (a deposit with the balance returned) and the amenities fee $100 for each person to access the indoor facilities ( For access to the Lakeridge ski mountain, exercise classes, indoor pool and hot tubm or reserving indoor tennis courts) - so depending on your group number and ages, can be $200-400 (ages 6 and up). There is an additional $1,000 security deposit. Lakeridge requires a lease signed by both tenant and home owner, so paperwork would be required. 1/ Winter months (Ski Season) December - January - February: The total fee of $3,000 per month includes the rental fee and wifi. 2/ Summer months : June - July - August: $5,000 per month 3/ Fall and Spring months : March - April - May and Mid September - October - November: $2,500 per month. The only adjustment that i can make is to rent 2 weeks on Airbnb to reduce the Airbnb fees and Ct taxes and then the leases will be signed for 30 days offline.
