The space The property was featured twice on Fox TV news, it was used to film one scene of a TV serial and several musical clips. It is also sought after by professional photographers as a place for fashion models and wedding photo sessions. The house's first floor offers over 3000 SF of common area with gorgeous French antique furniture, tastefully decorated with original paintings, artworks, sculptures, collections of rare items, and many unique things from all over the world, making our guests call it a “small museum”. In addition to that, there is a huge open terrace on the second floor. The backyard is fully fenced and has a heated swimming pool situated in the garden. With that much room, it’s easy to get lost. Even a large group of people has a lot of space around. Sleeping quarters consist of 1 suite and 4 bedrooms located on the second and third floors, featuring luxury elements on par with offers by 5-star hotels. Each room has its own design, with natural stone finishes in bathrooms, rain head showers, and massage jets in some bathrooms. The best thing is that the property has a commercial water heater allowing all bathrooms to use showers at the same time without losing temperature or water pressure. All bedrooms and suites have matrasses with pillow tops. Combined with down and feather pillows and comforters these matrasses provide a remarkable sleeping experience. Both types of sleeping quarters feature coffee makers, refrigerators, smart TVs with prime channels and Netflix, irons with ironing boards, towels, and hair dryers. The bathroom has a shower cabin with a rain head shower and a handheld shower, single glass sink vanity, and a wall-mount toilet. Bedroom 2. Voyager (marked as bedroom 4 on-site). This bedroom has a queen-size bed with side tables, a desk, and two chairs. The bathroom has a larger shower cabin with a rain head shower, massage jets on the wall and handheld shower, a single stone sink vanity, and a toilet. Bedroom 3. Captain Quarters (marked as bedroom 2 on-site). This bedroom has a closet, a king-size bed with side tables, two chairs, and a round table. There is an electric fireplace with realistic flames and with remote control. The bathroom has a large shower cabin with dual rain head showers, massage jets on the wall, and handheld showers. This bedroom has a large private balcony. Bedroom 4. Room with no name (marked as bedroom 5 on-site). This bedroom has a closet, a queen-size bed with side tables, a desk, and two chairs. The bedroom has a single glass sink vanity and a toilet. The kitchen is all stainless steel with a chef’s dream 6 burner stove, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and refrigerator. It comes equipped with pots and pans, cutting boards, plates, cups, glasses, etc. 21 people can sit comfortably for sit-down meals. Climate control consists of 4 units of central air-conditioning and heating. In addition to that for more comfort, rooms have individual heaters, ceiling, and oscillating stand-up fans. Safety features include individual digital locks on all rooms, smoke, and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers in designated places. Parking behind the fence has 11 cars capacity, more parking is available by the curb in the street. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house with access to 4 bedrooms and 1 suite.
