We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however, we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience. Other things to note Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). No unauthorized parties or events. Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, will result in a fine after the first warning ($1000-$3000). Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident. Common areas such as Pools and Gym at the resort are designated exclusively for Hotel guests. Pets in The Ritz Carlton and the West Enclaves common areas are not allowed. No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized. No smoking is permitted inside the property. No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid. Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group. See the rules for additional terms.
