Located in the popular Trailside community at Okemo Mountain Resort, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo is just a short ride on the private Trailside shuttle from the beginner-level Sachem trail. A great location for the entire family, this home is not all that far from the ski trail - but the shuttle service makes it quicker and easier than walking to get to and from that trail. (The shuttle operates on demand, so just call the driver for a pick-up.) At the end of a day of winter sports, you'll be welcomed home by a multi-level floor plan with a wood-paneled mud room where you can comfortably remove your gear and stow tomorrow's equipment. Come inside to relax by the wood-burning fireplace, prepare a hearty meal in the newly renovated kitchen, or even unwind in the private sauna. There's ample seating in front of the flatscreen TV in the living room, an open dining area, and a beautiful deck where you can breathe in the fresh air. In the evenings, you'll find one bedroom and one full bathroom upstairs, a half-bath on the main floor, and three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room downstairs. Here at Okemo Mountain Resort, you'll enjoy a vertical drop of 2,200 feet (the highest in Southern Vermont), 20 lifts, and 121 trails, slopes, and glades. The heart of downtown Ludlow is just over two miles east as well. Please be sure to display it in your vehicle at all times when you are parked in the parking lot. **Important: Only two vehicles are allowed per unit. All others must use the overflow parking areas (just past the entry booth on the left) with a required parking pass. Only two additional overflow parking passes can be provided. Parked vehicles may not block access to stairs, pathways, drives, doors, fire lanes, or other cars. Any vehicle not displaying the proper parking pass, parked in another building's lot, blocking access, or more than the allowed two vehicles per unit, will be towed/stored at the vehicle owner's expense. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
